Kidfit is a fitness specific for children. This class introduces fitness fundamentals and development for kids aged 5 -11.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This session involves a workout to improve physical performance. Under the supervision of our trained instructors, you'll be working to build strength and endurance.

We can't "weight" to see you in this high intensity strength training class. Build your fitness muscle through a series of challenges created by our trainers. You're sure to see gains.
